This database is the structured companion to the visual taxonomy on the parent page. It provides a structured table format for exploring all 150 Properties of Trustworthiness represented in Jessica Newman’s UC Berkeley taxonomy and source tables.
The visual taxonomy shows how the properties connect across the AI lifecycle. The database offers another way to work with the same material by making individual properties easier to scan, store, search, filter, and compare.
Each record includes the AI lifecycle stage, NIST Characteristic of Trustworthiness, Property of Trustworthiness, Question to Consider, Relevant NIST AI RMF Mappings, Priority NIST AI RMF Subcategories, Human Facing indicator, and source reference.
The source taxonomy organizes the 150 properties using the NIST AI RMF trustworthiness characteristics and maps individual properties to relevant NIST AI RMF Core subcategories across Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage.
My goal with this database is to preserve the source structure while making the taxonomy easier to inspect, compare, and use as a practical reference.
